Where We Ship & Delivery Timelines
Every single item on our store is custom-made, printed, and hand-finished just for you to help eliminate fashion waste. Your total delivery time includes manufacturing processing plus transit time.
Our estimated delivery windows by region are:
  • United Kingdom: 9 to 17 business days
  • United States: 6 to 17 business days
  • Europe: 11 to 18 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 11 to 19 business days
  • Rest of the World: 18 to 32 business days
The Fulfillment Process
  • Production (3 to 7 business days): Because we don't hold mass inventory, your item enters production shortly after purchase. Printing, cutting, sewing, and strict quality checks happen during this window.
  • Dispatch: Once quality checks are complete, your package is handed over to our standard insured international lines.
Tracking Your Order (Important Details)
We provide 100% transparent tracking for every single order. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
  • Tracking Activation Window: Please allow 3 to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the link to update. Because our items travel securely through dedicated international transit lines first, your local courier (such as Royal Mail in the UK) will only activate the status once the plane lands and clears regional customs.
  • Do not worry if it doesn't update immediately: Your package is safely moving during this initial "silent" window.
Why Did I Only Receive Part of My Order?
If you purchase multiple different items, they may be printed at different specialized regional manufacturing hubs. To get your items to you as fast as possible, they may ship separately.
  • Items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
  • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Shipments delivered outside our primary regional fulfillment hubs may be subject to local import duties and taxes once the parcel arrives in your destination country.
  • These government charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
